Every battery is different. A quote is required before we can proceed. We need to review the photos, voltage, capacity, dimensions, charge connector, discharge connector, BMS, charger, and the overall condition of the battery pack before we can confirm feasibility.

REAL TECHNOLOGY

The batteries in question are typically high-power lithium-ion packs. A 20S configuration corresponds to a nominal voltage of 72V/74V, with a fully charged voltage of around 84V. The charger, BMS, controller, and wiring must be compatible.

A battery that is swollen, burned, oxidized, deeply discharged, opened, tampered with, or mechanically damaged may be rejected for safety reasons. Opening the casing is never guaranteed to be risk-free, especially for batteries that are glued, molded, or have already been repaired.

PROCESS

The customer must provide photos of the battery, the label, the dimensions, the connectors, the observed issue, the charger used, and the scooter model. After reviewing this information, we will confirm whether the repair is possible.

The battery and charger must be provided for testing. Shipping a lithium battery must be approved before dispatch, as a damaged or defective battery may be subject to shipping restrictions.

LIMITATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

We do not guarantee that every battery can be opened, repaired, or reconditioned. A malfunctioning BMS, a brittle casing, missing connectors, internal oxidation, a short circuit, or proprietary electronics may make repair impossible.

Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded once the quote has been approved and assembly has begun.
