1. Scope
This returns and refunds policy applies to orders placed on the website

It supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale currently in effect.
2. Right of Withdrawal (for individual customers only)
In accordance with applicable regulations, individual customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
If the fourteenth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
⚠️ This right does not apply to business customers.
3. Return Policy
To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:

Return requests must be approved in advance by Customer Service

Product returned in its entirety, unused, undamaged

Product returned in appropriate packaging with adequate protection

Return with the gift certificate or invoice
👉 Any product returned incomplete, damaged, defective due to mishandling, or improperly packaged will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization.
No returns sent without prior approval will be accepted.

5. Return Fees, Restocking Fees, and Unclaimed Packages

The buyer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping

A restocking/testing fee ranging from €4 to €8 per item, depending on the product, will be deducted from the refund

The initial shipping costs are not refundable
Unclaimed package (pickup location or delivery address)
If a package is not picked up by the customer within the time frame specified by the carrier and is returned to Accessoires Energie:

The customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs and the carrier's return shipping costs.

These fees will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fees

If the customer requests a reshipment, it will be processed after payment has been received:

new shipping charges,
-
the cost of returning the unclaimed package,
-
and, if applicable, any associated processing fees

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and payment.
6. Refund
Once the return has been approved and the product has been received in good condition:

The refund covers only the price of the product

Refunds will be issued within 30 days at the latest

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order, unless this is technically impossible.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders are prepared and shipped promptly.
We cannot guarantee that any cancellation request made after the order has been confirmed will be honored.
If the order has already been shipped:

8. Defective or Nonconforming Products
If a product is defective and covered by the warranty:

The customer must contact customer service as soon as possible

The product must be returned with proof of purchase

Following an inspection, Accessoires-energie / Point Energie may repair, replace, or issue a refund in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions
⚠️ Any misuse, incorrect installation, or tampering by a third party will void the warranty.
9. Professional Orders
Orders placed for business purposes are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Returns are subject to prior approval and may be denied.
10. Liability
Accessoires Energie shall not be held liable for:

A compatibility error or an incorrect reference provided by the customer

Improper use

A poorly packaged return

Damage occurring after delivery

If the customer did not select the correct pickup location address when placing the order

If the customer does not show up to pick up their package within the time frame specified by the carrier
