Where do we deliver? 

We currently deliver to France as well as throughout Europe. 

 

What are the shipping rates? 

For deliveries outside of France, a shipping fee of 10€ will apply. 

For domestic delivery, shipping rates range from €3 to €20 depending on the package's weight:

• 0–1 kg: 3€
• 1–3 kg: 9€
• 3–10 kg: 15€
• 10–20 kg: 20€

We mainly ship via Lettre suivie (for small orders) or COLISSIMO. 

 

What is the delivery time? 

Once the order is received, the product is shipped within 1–2 business days. The order is then delivered within 2 to 3 days at most. 

In total, once we receive the order, it will take between 3 and 5 business days for the package to arrive at its destination. 

 

How can I track my shipment? 

There are several possibilities:

• Find the tracking number included in the email and check it on the carrier's website
• View your tracking information directly on the order confirmation page of our website (accessible via the link included in your order confirmation email).
