What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions occurring under normal operating conditions
  • Replacement or refund of the defective product, as applicable

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Deep discharge of a battery (letting it run completely dry for a long period of time, which can cause irreversible damage)
  • Improper use: use with an incompatible charger, reversed polarity, exposure to water, impact, or extreme temperatures not recommended by the manufacturer
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from age or heavy use of the product
  • Any service or disassembly of the product by an unauthorized person
