Charger use and maintenance:
1. When charging, first connect the battery, then plug the charger into the AC outlet
After the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger, then disconnect the battery.
If you disconnect the battery first while charging, especially when
the charging current is high (red LED), you may damage the charger.
2. When the LED turns green, continue charging for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Never leave the battery uncharged for more than 3 months, as deep discharge (voltage too low) can damage the battery.
4. Please use the charger in a dry, temperature-controlled location.
5. When you are not using the charger, disconnect it from the 220V AC power source.
6. Check your battery, as the charger is designed to charge a 48V lithium-ion battery.
Do not use the charger with a LiFePO4 battery, otherwise the charger will become very hot.
