Canon LP-E17 compatible battery for EOS cameras that use a rechargeable lithium-ion battery from the LP-E17 series. It serves as a replacement or backup battery to extend battery life for photography, video, travel, or everyday use.

REAL TECHNOLOGY

Rechargeable lithium-ion technology. An original LP-E17 is rated at 7.2V 1040mAh; compatible versions may be labeled 7.4V 1040mAh, depending on the manufacturer’s label. The fully charged voltage of a 2S Li-ion pack is 8.4V.

Use only a compatible LC-E17E charger or an equivalent charger that is suitable for this model. Do not use with a NiMH, NiCd, lead-acid, LiFePO4 charger, or a charger designed for another model.
