Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver in France but also throughout Europe.

What are the delivery rates?

For a delivery outside France, it will be necessary to count 10€ of delivery costs.

For delivery within the country, the rates range from €3 to €20 depending on the weight of the package:

  • 0-1kg: 3€
  • 1-3kg: 9€
  • 3-10kg: 15€
  • 10-20kg: 20€

    We mainly deliver by Letter followed (for small orders) or by COLISSIMO.

    What is the delivery time?

    Once the order is received, the product is sent by post in 1-2 working days. The order is then delivered in 2 to 3 days maximum.

    In total, from the moment we receive the order, it will take between 3 to 5 working days for the package to arrive at its destination.

    How can I track my delivery?

    There are many possibilities :

    • Retrieve the tracking number included in the email and check on the carrier's website
    • View the tracking directly on the order confirmation page of our site (accessible via the link included in your order confirmation email.
