There is a power switch on the volume knob, please turn on the power switch before using the DAC.
Please set the Audio output to PCM/LPCM Format.
For Samsung TV, if there is no sound even you set the audio output to PCM/LPCM, please turn on the TV's external speakers (Menus-sounds-speaker setup-HESB/external speaker-ON)
This converter does not support 5.1 channels such as Dolby and DTS.
PS4 Pro and PS4 Slim cannot use this converter because they do not have optical fiber output interface.
Please set the Audio output to PCM/LPCM Format.
